Whitstable Chess Club won their second match of the new season in the Hargreaves Shield competition by defeating Sandwich 3.5 - 0.5. Winners were Malcolm Snashall, Alan Evans and Tony Hargreaves. The next fixture is away to Bridge ‘B’ on October 27th.
